The square-ish shawl panel can be tied at one shoulder or both, tossed over either shoulder or both, or tied at the bottom corner on one side to the shoulder corner of the other -- and adding your favorite brooch can add a dozen more possibilities. There are 18" side slits at the hem that can be tied to various effects as well!
